Dear clients, as the government is being stricter with the social-distancing guidelines, please note on the following;

We are not accepting any walk-ins
Over the counter sales that are not pre-arranged, will be reviewed and turned down if deemed unnecessary
Each consultation will only allow a maximum of 1 person.
All persons will be required to wait outside the clinic and only allowed inside the clinic when called upon by the nurses.

When in the clinic, clients are to please follow to our guidelines on where to wait (only to stand/ sit in yellow boxes marked). Please do not crowd around the waiting area and please follow clinic staff's instructions so as to carry out effective social distancing policies. All clients are also expected to fill in a travel history declaration form and have their temperature taken.

We would like to seek your kind understanding in your compliance to the above items as the continuity of our operations as an essential service highly depends on your co-operation as we have been notified by the authorities to strictly follow the guidelines or stop work order will be given.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind all clients that the clinic staff reserves all rights to defer away all clients who do not comply with the rules put in place. Any verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated.
