Dear clients,
In light of the advancing COVID-19 situation, our clinic will be implementing some measures to help keep everyone as safe as possible.
TEMPERATURE TAKING:
Our front staff will be taking temperatures of everyone who visits our clinic from 24/03 (Tuesday) onwards. Clients with higher than normal temperatures will be asked to postpone their appointments and to go see a doctor/ stay home and rest.
SOCIAL DISTANCING:
We will maximum only hold up to 4 clients in our waiting area. Clients are urged to keep a 1m distance between each other and not bring along any unnecessary family members/ friends for their appointment. If we have an excess of clients waiting, we will have to direct some of you to wait outside.
MINIMISING WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS:
We will only be accepting walk-in appointments of great urgency and we ask for you to call prior to coming in. Our staff will assess each caseload individually over the phone and for non-emergency cases, we will strive to help you all over the phone.
If you have recently visited another country/ been in touch with family and friends who have been overseas, we ask that you call us to change your appointment and to stay home and self-quarantine for 2 weeks. Clients who are ill will also not be allowed into the clinic.
We ask that everyone be patient with us during this critical period as our staff are also trying to work around higher call volumes and increased caseload.
Lastly, we would like to reiterate that the strain of Coronavirus in animals are NOT the same as the one infecting humans. There is no evidence that our pets can become ill with COVID-19 or spread it to humans/ other animals so please do not let false rumours shake you.
Practise good personal hygiene, be responsible, stay calm and be positive. We thank you for your co-operation!
