August 2020 Notice for Consults
Dear clients,
Starting from the month of August 2020, Monster Pet Vet will be allowing ONE Client Per Household to enter the clinic for your consultation appointments. Clients are only allowed into the consult rooms when the vet is seeing your pet(s). Whilst running lab tests /diagnostics /preparing medications, we also will require clients to wait patiently outside our clinic. This is to limit interaction time to only essential services or tasks.
All clients are highly advised to come along individually for their appointments because this allows us to practice safe social distancing measures as part of the government’s safety requirement. During your visit, you must sign in and out with the SafeEntry QR code (listed on our main door) and adhere to temperature taking by our staff prior to your entry (Should your temperature not fall within the "all-clear" range, you will not be granted entry into the premises). Face masks will have to be worn at all times in the consult rooms /outside the clinic, and all clients are to advised to stand in the designated yellow box on the floor, if possible remain 1 meter apart from the our staff.
If you are feeling unwell, please let us know and we will have you wait outside whilst we attend to your pet's needs.
Please be patient with us as we are still carrying out a split team arrangement. Kindly give us a call to make an appointment before coming down to the clinic so that we can better advise and prepare for your arrival.
